Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described or incomplete when delivered, kindly get in touch with us within 1-2 hours. Depending on the product category and its condition, you may be eligible for either a refund or an exchange.

Return Policy

The product should be in pristine condition, unused, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Ensure that the product is accompanied by its original tags & user manual, Return the product in its original, unharmed manufacturer packaging or box, avoiding the use of tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging. Please be mindful that if a product is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we retain the right to send it back to you.

Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, kindly forward your bank details to us at info@theaviarist.pk or reach out to us via WhatsApp to initiate the refund process. We will process your refund after receiving the return item.

Exchange Policy

We only accept pet’s accessories for exchange, if you have color or size issue. Food Items are not eligible for exchange unless we sent the wrong item.
